We are looking for people to work collaboratively with Defence personnel and the Raytheon Australia team, in an environment that directly impacts the operational capability of the Royal Australian Navy Fleet. 

Expressions of interest are sought for Engineering and Maintenance Planning Professionals who will be responsible to manage and deliver the Engineering scope within Maritime Sustainment Programs. These roles will form part of and manage diverse teams of professionals across multiple engineering fields. Raytheon Australia is seeking interest for any of the following:

• Asset Management
• Configuration Management
• Data Management
• Electrical Engineering
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Mechanical Engineering
• Naval Architecture
• Systems Engineering

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working within Defence projects, preferably maritime, is desired but not essential. 
• Experience working in a dynamic team to deliver outcomes to defined timelines.
• Collaborate to develop strong customer relationships and innovative solutions.
• Meet the work, health, and safety requirements - both Raytheon Australia and legal standards.
• The positions may require availability to travel within Australia.

 
The successful Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva

Core program delivery and leadership will be based at Henderson, WA.  Our preference is for most roles to be customer facing at Henderson, but opportunity exists for some program team roles able to be remotely delivered.
