About The Role

The General Helper provides support across various operational, production, maintenance, and housekeeping activities to ensure efficient workflow and a safe working environment. This position assists skilled personnel, performs basic labor tasks, and supports daily operations as assigned.

Team Summary

Will be part of the LA MFG team

Responsibilities

Assist team members with daily operational and production tasks.
Move, load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling activities.
Assist with setting up and cleaning up of workstations and projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Must-Have Qualifications

Previous experience in a labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Manufacturing and assembly experience
Any construction experience

Preferred Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.
