Senior Product Engineer

We are looking for product engineers who ship fast with an unrelenting bar for quality. You'll work directly with the founders every day, own user-facing features from design to build, and turn customer feedback into code that run in mission-critical environments. This is a high ownership role at an AI-pilled open core company winning deals against competitors 100x their size.

What you’ll do

You won’t just be picking up tickets; you will have the agency to shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.

• Ship customer-facing features from 0-to-1: design, build, test, deploy, and own them in production
• Turn user feedback into code fast with zero compromise on technical rigor
• Work directly with the founders to keep priorities clear and blockers out of the way
• Build intuitive user-experiences and reliable backend services that customers trust everyday
• Solve hard technical problems at the frontier of applied AI: from kernel-level agent sandboxes to agent memory retrieval for large data collection, you’re expected to turn research into product at a relentless pace.
• Engineer foundational agentic systems (skills, memory, reinforcement learning loops) for our customers and our own needs

What you bring

• Product intuition: you care about the "why" as much as the "how"
• You thrive working in small teams where speed and ownership are the norm
• Technical mastery: you have deep, senior+ level expertise in either:
  • Frontend: deep knowledge of React, Next.js. You understand the virtual DOM and state management complexities.
  • Backend: strong systems design skills across distributed systems, API architecture, and database optimization.
• Adaptability: you are willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
• Slope over intercept: we value learning velocity, grit, and unapologetically unique personalities

Bonus

• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• Experience building agentic products
• Experience working in product led companies with mission-critical infrastructure
• If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant
