Job Description

Design and develop core services and features in Python for Reflex Build (our AI-powered builder) and Reflex Cloud
Work on AI integration, intelligent code generation, and machine learning features
Optimize and enhance our open-source framework
Bring creative solutions to solve cutting-edge technical challenges
Collaborate with the community to shape the future of the Reflex ecosystem

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience
3+ years of deep Python expertise with strong fundamentals
Proficiency with Docker and containerization
Experience building applications with React
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions
Genuine passion for open source software and active community engagement
Demonstrated track record through open source contributions, competitive programming, or compelling side projects

Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for an intro call.
After the intro call, there will be a technical take-home test and then an on-site with 2-3 technical interviews, each around 45 minutes.
Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates, and may be asked one or two follow-up questions over email, a quick call, or go directly to make an offer.
