Design, operate, and continuously optimize Rappi's courier loyalty program — from Rookie to Diamond VIP — ensuring it retains Full Timers, rewards the right behaviors, and makes being a professional Rappi courier the best economic deal available. Also own the segmentation inputs that make loyalty relevant and personalized.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end operation of the loyalty program: points system, level mechanics (Rookie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, VIP Club), weekly rolling updates, and benefit fulfillment tracking.

  • Behavioral segmentation: courier archetypes (Morning person, Night owl, Rain hunter, etc.) and LT descriptors (Rappi Veteran, Reactivated, Diamante LT). Ensure archetypes feed into CRM and incentive targeting.

  • Loyalty program calibration: balance point requirements by city (fairness in lower-volume markets), maintain IPSH equivalence across verticals to prevent cherry picking.

  • Program evolution: Time Off protection mechanics, Status Match program for couriers migrating from Didi and Uber, Turbo integration as a loyalty reward.

  • Performance tracking: monitor level distribution, benefit redemption rates, impact on FT churn and order share.


Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • 3+ years in loyalty, CRM, growth, or operations in a consumer marketplace or gig platform.

  • Strong analytical skills: ability to build and monitor cohort analyses, funnel metrics, and retention curves.

  • Experience designing incentive programs with measurable behavioral impact.

  • Detail-oriented: the loyalty program has many moving parts (point rules, level thresholds, benefit catalogs) that need to be operationally tight.

  • Collaborative: works closely with CRM, Product, Pricing, and Country Ops teams.
