Job Description
A high-ownership generalist who takes on whatever matters most at the time. The mandate is broad and shifts as we grow: one week it's a growth experiment, the next it's standing up financial reporting or untangling a messy operational problem. This is hands-on work across every business function - operations, finance, growth, marketing, sales, support, product, fundraising, etc. You take things to completion yourself.
What you'll own
Early on:
- Own ambiguous tasks end-to-end - figure out the path when there's no playbook, then close them
- Run the analyses that inform decisions and turn them into recommendations we can act on
- Run and improve processes, docs, and trackers
- Drive follow-ups across the team so deadlines, owners, and decisions don't slip
As you earn scope:
- Own high-impact problems end-to-end - diagnose, build the fix, ship it, mostly on your own
- Take on owned projects across any business function
- Build and automate the systems and processes we're missing
- Own the metrics and targets for an area and report on what's working
- Step in as interim owner of a function until it's stood up or hired for
What we're looking for
- A generalist with genuine range, drawn to owning unfamiliar problems
- Strong academic background with rigorous analytical training
- Reasons through complex problems and imposes structure on ambiguity
- Technically literate - comfortable with systems, data, and tooling, and reaches for AI to amplify output
- High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias to action; delivers end-to-end without being managed
- A structured thinker who writes clearly and gets to the point
- Motivated by learning and building the whole business
What we offer
- Work directly with us and learn fast
- Direct impact on how the company operates day to day
- High-trust, high-responsibility environment
- Competitive compensation
- A path to a function-owner role, or Chief of Staff
