About the Role
We’re hiring a mission-driven seller who’s energized by early-stage growth and excited to bring real change to the AECO industry. You’ll play a foundational role on our GTM team, owning your business and helping design professionals adopt a platform that finally understands their workflows. This is more than just a quota-carrying role—it’s about shaping how our product goes to market and how to influence the built world.
What You’ll Own

Own your business: Prospect and close new business with AECO Firms that are a strong fit for Pirros

Drive consultative discovery: Understand customer workflows, pain points, and goals to align Pirros as a critical solution

Run technical demos: Confidently demo the platform, speak to Pirros and Revit workflows - tailoring conversations to each stakeholder

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with solutions engineering, customer success, and product to create a seamless customer journey

Sell value, not just features: Navigate multi-threaded deals, build champions, negotiate with clarity, and focus on long-term success over shortcuts

Surpass goals: Hit and exceed revenue targets while contributing to a team

What We’re Looking For

Full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in AECO tech or related verticals

Fluency in design and construction workflows, especially in BIM focused environments

Proven track record of exceeding quota and building pipeline from scratch in a high-velocity or high-touch sales motion

A natural communicator—skilled at uncovering needs, leading discovery, and closing with clarity

Entrepreneurial mindset: You’ve thrived in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and enjoy building processes as much as running them

Value-driven: You care about the long game, customer outcomes, and solving real problems, not just selling software
