Job Description

About the Team

Research Recruiting Operations and Programs helps the Research Recruiting organization run with more clarity, consistency, and leverage. The team builds the reporting, processes, systems, and operating rhythms that help recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring leaders make better decisions and execute more effectively.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to support the Research Recruiting Operations and Programs Lead with a mix of data analysis, program management, and day-to-day operational execution. This person will help maintain core recruiting reporting, identify trends and gaps across the team, support process improvements, and keep operational projects moving. They will also help the team use AI tools thoughtfully to automate manual work, improve analysis, and make recruiting operations more efficient and scalable.

Your Responsibilties:

  • Build and maintain recurring recruiting reports, dashboards, and data audits.

  • Analyze pipeline, funnel, scheduling, interviewer, and process data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Use AI tools to help automate repetitive operational work, improve reporting workflows, and accelerate research, documentation, and analysis.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows through better tooling, automation, and process design.

  • Support data quality and consistency across recruiting systems, trackers, and reporting inputs.

  • Coordinate light program management for recruiting operations initiatives, including timelines, owners, updates, and follow-through.

  • Document and improve repeatable recruiting workflows, SOPs, and operating rhythms.

  • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve operational issues.

  • Prepare clear summaries and recommendations from recruiting data for team leads and leadership.

We're Seeking:

  • Experience in recruiting operations, people operations, business operations, analytics, or a related operational role.

  • Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills; experience with SQL, BI tools, ATS reporting, or workflow automation is a plus.

  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis, and operational quality.

  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with data that is sometimes incomplete or messy.

  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to keep multiple small workstreams moving at once.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate analysis into practical next steps.

  • Good judgment, follow-through, and a bias toward making processes simpler and more reliable.
