We’re looking for someone who is curious about how data, automation, and AI can improve insurance products, decision-making, and customer experience.
We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.

What you’ll need
4+ years of P&C experience, with 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience in product development or product management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and taking action
Strong technical skills with SQL, Looker, or similar data visualization tools, and experience creating reports and dashboards
Ownership mentality and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Comfort working in a tech-enabled environment where experimentation, automation, and data-driven decisions are the norm
Ability to work in a remote environment
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
