At Domu.ai, we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. AI agents that handle millions of live interactions every day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end-to-end. Interactions are 3x-ing monthly. We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US and Brazil.

The role

You will be an essential member of our operations team, focused on making sure every call our AI agents handle meets the bar our enterprise clients expect. You'll listen to real conversations, catch what's off, and turn what you hear into concrete improvements.

  • Own the Quality Bar: You are the crucial link between what our agents say on live calls and what our clients experience. Your mission is simple: listen to calls every day, score them against clear criteria, and make sure nothing subpar reaches a customer twice.
  • The Ears of the Operation: You'll be the trusted source of truth on how our agents actually perform in production. By flagging compliance risks, tone issues, and failed conversations early, you directly unblock our engineers and give clients the confidence to scale with us.
  • The Ultimate Owner: You don't wait for tasks. You spot recurring failure patterns, translate vague "this call felt off" into clear, actionable findings, and relentlessly follow up until the fix ships. You thrive on driving things to completion.
