Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH (Munich)

This isn't a normal job. This is a bet on yourself.

We raised $3M from YC and angels like Aravind (CEO Perplexity) and Rahul Vohra (Superhuman) to build the agentic operating system for the enterprise. We have thousands of agents deployed across scale-up startups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF. We're doubling revenue every month. And we have far more enterprise inbound than we can handle.

This role is what I used to do and I need someone to do it better than I did.

You will lead the rollout of Dataleap across Europe, based out of Munich, and you will work directly with me, the founder and CEO. Your day one job is to be the AI transformation partner for our largest DACH enterprise customers, sitting across from CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers of multibillion-dollar companies and helping them rewire how their org works. Not a vendor. Not an account manager. A trusted partner they call before they call their board.

Your day-100 job is bigger. As we scale across the region, you help me build out the team underneath you, hiring, shaping the org, and owning DACH. This is a role for someone who wants to operate as a founder inside a founder-led company.

Each customer is a mini consulting engagement: diagnose where AI creates the most leverage, identify the highest-value use cases, roll Dataleap out, train the org, build the agents alongside them, and turn the company into an AI-native operator. You own the outcome.

You'll also be the role model. The customers you work with need to see what "great" looks like and you are that. You are building agents in Dataleap every day for your own work. You are at the frontier of AI. You can sit with a CTO and credibly debate model selection, eval strategy, data residency, and integration architecture, because you've shipped it yourself.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of our most strategic DACH enterprise accounts. C-suite is your default altitude.
• Run each account like a transformation engagement: stakeholder map, diagnostic, roadmap, rollout, measurable outcomes. Then expand from there.
• Find the use cases that matter. Build the first agents yourself to prove the value, then scale adoption org-wide.
• Host workshops, executive briefings, and QBRs that don't feel like QBRs, they feel like strategy sessions the customer's leadership actually wants to be in.
• Navigate complex political landscapes inside huge organizations. Find the champions. Disarm the blockers. Build relationships at every level from end users to the CEO.
• Lead the European rollout from Munich. Build the team underneath you as we scale.
• Work directly with me on strategy, key accounts, and how we win the region.
• Be the voice of the customer to engineering and product. Push hard for what they need. Push back when they're wrong.
• Build agents and workflows in Dataleap to automate your own role. We expect you to systematically eliminate manual work from your job, not use AI as a productivity buff.
• Find the thousand things I haven't listed here, and just do them.

You're a fit if

• You have a tier-one consulting background — McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, QuantumBlack — or equivalent transformation experience inside a top-tier firm or AI-native company.
• You've personally led C-level engagements at large enterprises. You're comfortable being the youngest person in a room of executives and still being the one driving the agenda.
• You are an AI power user. You're not "exploring AI" — you live in it. You're shipping agents on weekends. You have opinions on model routing, eval design, and where current systems break.
• You are extremely high agency, high energy, and extremely intelligent.
• You have high clock speed and sharp, to-the-point communication.
• You ruthlessly prioritize. Good intuition for what matters and what doesn't.
• You are low ego, high ownership. There will be unsexy work and you'll do it without flinching.
• You want to work very hard and be deeply obsessed.
• You are commercially sharp, renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder navigation are second nature.
• You speak German at a native level.
• You're based in Munich or ready to move here.
