WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

Everyone at Coval operates outside their job description daily. Our designer writes the second-most PRs on the team. Our head of rev ops builds data pipelines and ingests meeting transcripts. Our senior engineers code mostly in natural language. Our customer success manager builds reports with AI tools.

None of us fit in a box. We hire for spikes: people who are the best in the world at something specific, and then we let them run.

If you don't see a role on our careers page that fits you, we'd rather hear from you than miss you.

WHAT WE WANT TO KNOW

• What's your obsession? What do you stay up late thinking about? Where have you been so in flow that the work didn't feel like work?
• Where were you pivotal? Tell us about a time you were at a company and you were genuinely critical to something working. What did you do and why did it matter?
• How has AI changed what you can do? We're serious about this. We want to hear about the ways AI has expanded your capabilities. Not theoretically, but in practice, right now.
• What role doesn't exist yet? At Coval or anywhere. We're doing category creation — building something that doesn't have a playbook. We want people who think about what's missing, not what's already been done.
