Job Description
Collar is the platform for AI-native private market investors. We build multi-agent infrastructure that runs the entire funnel.
Collar scouts deals across hard-to-reach platforms like PitchBook and Bloomberg, runs diligence on 1000+ document datarooms, drafts memos, models, and IC decks in one click, and builds a "company brain" that makes the firm smarter with every deal.
We're at 7-figure ARR with 8 paying clients, led by Co-Founders from GIC (Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund), Singapore military intelligence, Asset managers like Vertex Ventures and Openspace Capital. Studied at UMich, Harvard, and Singapore top universities.
Our clients are both in the US and APAC, so expect to work on projects across borders and time zones.
We're hiring interns across AI engineering, architecture, and growth.
You'll ship in week one, own something real: agent workflows, local-model performance, evals, or our channel into private-market investors and work directly with the founders.
Paid, remote/in person in San Francisco, ~12 weeks.
We read every application ourselves and reply within 24 hours.

About Collar
Connect your inboxes and conversations to Collar. Get a proprietary company brain from your past deals, context, and current mandate. Agents then run the entire pre-investment process: inbound and outbound sourcing, diligence, IC memos, and slides, in your fund's voice rather than a generic one. It deploys inside your architecture, so every fund owns its platform and its data.
