Senior Web Platform Engineer

Compensation
$100,000–$200,000/year

Job Description

Acrely builds AI Voice agents for businesses all across the world.

We operate two products: an enterprise platform, serving the worlds largest banks, airlines, hospitals, financial institutions, and more, and a self-serve platform, where SME’s configure their own AI agents.

As we continue to scale, the need for added development increases.

Technically speaking, we’re looking for someone who (1) has experience managing Full-stack production codebases and (2) worked and managed a small engineering team.

Ideally, you’d have experience with some major pieces of our tech stack:

  • TypeScript & Next.JS
  • Convex
  • Telephony Stack

Culturally, we’re looking for someone who wants to own their work. We’re planning on expanding the team, and as this company grows, so will this role. You will help define what this engineering organization looks like.

Interview Process

To Apply, send us:

1. Your resume or LinkedIn

2. A short note on a complex feature you shipped recently and how you approached it

3. A project you’ve built from scratch

4. Bonus: a link to anything you've built that you're proud of (code or not)

We'll do a short technical conversation, a take-home that mirrors real work (build a feature in our stack), and a founder chat. No LeetCode, no whiteboard algorithms.
