Vision-Based Navigation Engineer

Job Description
ispace is looking for Vision-Based Navigation Engineer to join our growing team.
This position is local hiring and native Japanese is a must requirement.
月着陸船の誘導航法制御サブシステムの設計、開発、試験および運用を行う。特に、着陸系画像航法サブシステムの開発を行う。着陸系画像航法サブシステムに関する設計解析、上位要求に基づく算術処理則の詳細設計を行う。ソフトウェアエンジニア、GNCエンジニア、センサーエンジニア、社外関係者と協調して画像航法アルゴリズムの設計、実装、試験、運用を行う。
Key Responsibilities
(1) 画像航法を用いた精密月面着陸のための画像処理アルゴリズム（月面特徴点マッチングによる位置推定アルゴリズムおよび障害物検知アルゴリズム）の開発および設計解析を実施する。
(2) ソフトウェア試験およびシミュレーションによりGNCアルゴリズムの妥当性確認および検証を行う。Model-In-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-loop (SIL), Processor-in-the-loop (PIL), Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL)などの静的閉ループ試験を行い、GNCサブシステム設計の妥当性確認と検証を行う。あわせて、シミュレータおよび参照マップなどのアルゴリズム用データセットの忠実性確認を実施する。特にHILにおいては、カメラの動作原理および月面の光学特性等に基づいた試験設計を行う。
(3) フライト前解析を行う。着陸系画像航法チームとして運用に従事する。運用チームとともに画像航法の運用計画の立案や運用、軌道計画系とのインタフェース設計や調整を行う。
Basic Qualifications
・5年以上の宇宙機、自動運転、ロボティクス等におけるカメラ画像を用いた自己位置推定、画像認識、画像航法、または障害物検知システムの開発経験を有すること
・C/C++, Python, Gitを用いた開発経験を有すること
・社内外の関係者と連携しながら技術開発を推進した経験
・向上心と積極性を持っていること、良いチームプレイヤーであること
・高いコミュニ―ケーション能力を有すること
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語での意思疎通ができること
・日本国籍を有すること
・C/C++, Python, Gitを用いた開発経験を有すること
・社内外の関係者と連携しながら技術開発を推進した経験
・向上心と積極性を持っていること、良いチームプレイヤーであること
・高いコミュニ―ケーション能力を有すること
・ビジネスレベル以上の英語での意思疎通ができること
・日本国籍を有すること
Preferred Qualifications
・10年以上の宇宙機におけるカメラ画像を用いた画像航法または障害物検知システムの開発経験を有すること
・ライダー（レーザーレンジファインダー、フラッシュLiDAR等）を用いた航法/障害物検知システム開発の経験を有すること
・宇宙分野におけるシステム設計の経験を有すること
・宇宙機の運用経験を有すること
・MATLAB/Simulinkの経験を有すること
・カメラ光学の知見を有すること
・ライダー（レーザーレンジファインダー、フラッシュLiDAR等）を用いた航法/障害物検知システム開発の経験を有すること
