Job Description
Introduction
The EUV Factory is part of ASML’s Global Manufacturing Organization and supports the delivery of advanced semiconductor technology. The organization operates in a fast‑growing environment combining new product introduction with high‑volume manufacturing. The Human Resources team supports leaders and teams by strengthening collaboration and improving employee experience. Through this internship, you support daily people operations and contribute to a positive and unified working culture. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a diverse and international manufacturing environment.
Your assignment
During this internship, you work closely with Human Resources Business Partners who support multiple teams within the EUV Factory. You gain insight into how Human Resources supports leadership, organizational change, and operational activities. You contribute to both daily tasks and improvement initiatives while learning how people processes support business goals. This internship allows you to explore different Human Resources topics and develop practical professional skills.
Your main responsibilities will be
Support Human Resources Business Partners with daily operational and administrative activities.
Assist with people‑related reporting and improve standard ways of working.
Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities across different teams.
Support leadership, performance, and development activities within the organization.
Assist with organizational changes by supporting people‑related processes.
Participate in initiatives that improve employee experience and collaboration.
Contribute to recurring people updates and internal communication activities.
This is a non‑thesis internship with a duration of minimum of 6 months, starting in early September 2026.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Show analytical thinking and enjoy working with structured information.
Are proactive, collaborative, and motivated to learn in a dynamic environment.
Show a keen interest in AI and data analytics
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
