
Customer Supply Chain Specialist
Job Description
Role Purpose
Support semiconductor after‑sales service operations at site level by ensuring material availability and acting as a front‑facing, active interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, supported by data‑driven and digitalized operational insights.
Key Responsibilities (Core)
- Support demand and supply execution to ensure material availability for semiconductor after‑sales service operations in a time‑critical service environment
- Act as a front‑facing interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers, internal stakeholders (CS Engineer, Account team), and external logistics partners (3PL, warehouses, forwarders)
- Monitor material flow, logistics execution, and service‑critical parts through data analysis and reporting, identifying risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities affecting service level and tool uptime
- Participate in on‑call rotation as part of a shared team responsibility to support urgent and service‑critical supply chain topics
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives through data‑driven dashboards and automated reporting, enabling daily operational execution and decision‑making
Required Profile (Must‑Have)
- Typically 3–6 years of experience, or equivalent hands‑on experience, in supply chain, operations, service logistics, or related roles
- Strong communication skills; enjoys frequent interaction with customers and cross‑functional internal stakeholders
- Hands‑on data analysis capability, with experience in dashboards, reporting, or automated data solutions
- Good Excel skills; experience with reporting or data automation (Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or other automation tools)
- Service‑oriented mindset and willingness to support time‑critical business needs
- Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable in a people‑facing role
- Good working proficiency in English
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience or exposure to 3PL management, warehouse operations, or freight forwarding
- Basic knowledge of customs and trade compliance within China, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a service‑critical environment
- Exposure to semiconductor after‑sales service or other high‑tech service operations
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
