Marketing Lead, Realtor Product

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded creative individual with a knack for online marketing to realtors.

Scorecard:

1. Increase impressions and website visitors 10% wow
2. Increase number of paying users 5% wow
3. Deliver weekly status reports on actions taken, results and plan for the next week

Bonus: you have been a realtor, business owner in the past and are now interested in online marketing

Activities you will be responsible for:

1. Create SEO/blog content that will surface well on google searches and answer engines like Perplexity or ChatGPT
2. Create in-house video content for youtube, TikTok and Instagram
3. Create email/newsletter campaigns along with nurture campaigns
4. Post about the product on social media forums like Facebook and Reddit
5. Host webinars
6. Partner with and arrange booths with local MLS and realtor organizations like Keller Williams
7. Run, optimize and measure social media ad campaigns
8. Find and partner with realtor influencers for social media posts
9. Scale in house video production with AI video tools
