• You will be the 2nd CSM at Zaymo. You will have a lot of say over the direction of this company and this org.
• $70-85k base / $80 - $95k OTE

CSM Role

• Own a book of midmarket customers
  • Success
  • Implementation/onboarding
  • Contract renewals
• Help define the entire CSM process
• Hit quarterly numbers for NRR
• Potential travel to customers

Compensation

• $70-80k base
• $15 - 10k variable

Stages of interviews

1. Screening call
2. 1st round of in-person interviews
3. 2nd round of in-person interviews with take-home presentation
4. 3rd round of in-person interviews
