Who are we?

At Weekday (https://weekday.works/), we are building the next frontier in hiring. We are transforming the way companies are recruiting with the help of superior sourcing technologies.

We are looking for people to join our 50 membered start-up. You will get a ringside view of how a startup gets built from the very early stages. We are backed by one of the top global investors in Silicon Valley.

You get to work with an experienced founding team and get one-to-one interaction on a daily basis.

We have a bunch of partner companies who look to hire the best tech talent via us and your role would be to help them find the best candidates (Please note that this is not an internal hiring role but hiring for partner companies).

🤔 What will you work on?

Apart from being with an amazing team, you’d get to work on the following things :

1. Working with our partner companies for their hiring needs.
2. You will be the point of contact from Weekday for our clients
3. Own an entire business unit (involving a portfolio of client companies)
