Fleet Readiness Lead - Japan

In this hybrid role, you will report to the Head of Fleet Development and Service Quality.

You will: 業務内容

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner-led fleet service operations, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment with Waymo’s operational standards, policies, and strategic objectives;

• Facilitate the exchange of insights and best practices between Waymo’s operations and partner’s, fostering continuous fleet health and workshop efficiency improvements; 全社的なコラボレーションの推進: Waymo のオペレーションとパートナー間でインサイトおよびベストプラクティスの共有を促進し、フリートの健全性とワークショップの効率性の継続的な向上を推進します。
• Establish and scale initial fleet service, maintenance, and repair operations in new markets;
• 新規市場の開拓: 新規市場において、フリート サービス、メンテナンス、修理業務の初期体制を確立し、拡大します。
• Guide and manage a team of diagnostic technicians, setting priorities and ensuring effective task execution;
• 診断技術者の指導と支援: 診断技術者チームを指導および管理し、優先順位を設定するとともに、効果的なタスク実行を支援します。
• Partner with Operations leads to guarantee cross-market operational consistency and robustly deploy procedural and technological changes; グローバルな整合性の確保: オペレーション リードと連携し、市場間での運用の一貫性を担保するとともに、手順および技術の変更を確実に展開します。

You have: 応募資格

• Bilingual - competent speaking and writing both Japanese and English; バイリンガル - 日本語と英語の両方で会話と書き取りが可能な方
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial operations and logistics role with a focus on fleet readiness initiatives;
• 自動車関連のオペレーションまたはプログラム管理の職務における 5 年以上の経験
• Proven ability to drive the execution of daily operational tasks, while ensuring operational efficiency;
• 業務効率を確保しながら、日々の業務タスクの実行を推進してきた実績
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes; 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限内に質の高い成果を収めた実績
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners and executives; 口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを有し、部門横断型チーム、外部パートナー、経営陣と効果的に連携できる能力
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to identify gaps and make informed decisions; 優れた分析スキルを有し、データを解釈してギャップを特定し、情報に基づいた意思決定を行える能力
