Job Description
We’re building world-class AI agents across voice, chat, web, SMS, and email — and these agents need exceptional product experiences.
We’re looking for a design-minded product engineer who can take complex AI systems and turn them into fast, intuitive, beautiful user experiences across web and mobile.
You’ll own large parts of the product surface area — from editor experiences to real-time AI interactions — and help define what great AI UX looks like.
You:
- Have strong frontend fundamentals — expert in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Care deeply about product and design quality — you have a sharp eye for UI/UX and sweat the details
- Have experience building complex, stateful interfaces (editors, dashboards, real-time systems, etc.)
- Are comfortable working full-stack when needed (API integration, backend touchpoints, etc.)
- Have built or contributed to mobile experiences (React Native, responsive web, or similar)
- Have worked with AI-powered features — OpenAI APIs, agents, streaming UIs, or similar
- Understand how to design for latency, real-time updates, and async workflows
- Think like an owner — proactive, fast-moving, and highly accountable
- Ship quickly, but with strong taste and craftsmanship
- Communicate clearly and make good product/engineering tradeoffs
- Have experience with design systems and component libraries
- Have experience with Vercel, modern frontend infra, or performance optimization
Bonus:
- Familiarity with voice interfaces or real-time audio systems
What You’ll Work On:
- AI-powered editing and workflow interfaces
- Real-time agent interaction UIs (chat, voice, SMS orchestration)
- Building a cohesive, scalable design system
- Turning complex backend capabilities into simple, elegant product experiences
- Shipping fast iterations directly with founders
