Req’s:

• 2+ years shipping at an early-stage startup, strong across the full stack (Python, Backend, Postgres)
• Built event-driven systems, async job orchestration and workflow engines in scalable production
• Production LLM integration — structured extraction, not chat wrappers
• Telephony experience in scale (Twilio, ElevenLabs)
• HIPAA-aware: encryption and etc
• Hustler and mission driven

What you will do:

• Voice AI Agents
• Case Orchestration — Durable workflow automation engine with AI
• Document Intelligence — LLM pipeline processing faxed records, handwritten notes, PDF bills.
• Command Center — role-based multi-tenant views, Postgres RLS.
