Talent ManagementandCompensation CoE Leader 

that will serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO, shaping and executing a cohesive people strategy that supports the company’s rapid growth and transformation. This role blends deep expertise in talent management and compensation with a practical HR Business Partner mindset, ensuring programs are both strategically sound and operationally effective across a highly technical organization. The leader will design and scale integrated frameworks for performance management, career development, succession planning, and total rewardds that align with business priorities and drive organizational performance. They will partner closely with HR leaders and senior leaders across the company to translate business needs into actionable, data-informed talent and compensation solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. With a strong focus on applicability and adoption, this role will ensure programs are simple, scalable, and impactful.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design and execution of an integrated talent management and total rewards strategy aligned to business growth and transformation objectives using best practices in combination with AI centric tools and resources 

  • Own the company’s compensation philosophy and programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity 

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate business needs into practical, actionable talent and compensation solutions 

  • Drive a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to talent practices while allowing flexibility for technical and business-specific needs using AI tools and resources to reinvent and reimagine the art of possible in the talent space 

  • Use data and market insights to inform decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve talent outcomes 

  • Ensure programs are simple, scalable, and adopted effectively across a 2,500-employee organization 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Center of Excellence team, fostering strong collaboration with HRBPs and other HR functions  

  • Support change management efforts tied to organizational transformation, embedding new talent practices and ways of working 

  • Advise and influence executive leadership, including the CHRO, on talent risks, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

  • 10+ years HR leadership experience

  • Executive stakeholder experience

  • Organization design and change management experience

  • strong business accumen

  • ability to work onsite three days or more per week

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in an HR business partner role 

  • Experience in transformation and high-growth environments 

  • Experience building scalable people programs 

  • Cultural transformation experience 

  • Strong stakeholder management 

  • Cross-functional experience 

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI to create measurable impact

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.  The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $164,000.00 - $273,000.00 annually.

 

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
