The Executive Assistant to the President provides dedicated administrative and operational support to the President of Ursa Major. This role is responsible for managing the President's calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day administrative needs, ensuring efficient coordination of Presidential activities and priorities. The Executive Assistant works closely with Executive Operations and other administrative support functions to ensure seamless coordination across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including assisting with correspondence, communications, document and presentation preparation, meeting materials, and other executive support activities.
- Coordinate meetings, visits, and events involving the President, including scheduling, attendee communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up coordination as needed.
- Proactively anticipate administrative and scheduling needs, exercising sound judgment in managing requests, resolving conflicts, and escalating matters appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Team Scheduler and Executive Operations Manager to coordinate shared executive meetings, schedules, and company-wide leadership activities.
- Partner with the Office Coordinator to ensure meetings and events are supported with appropriate facilities, catering, visitor coordination, and other on-site logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive executive, personnel, and business information.

**Required Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of executive administrative support experience, including experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders.
- Demonstrated proficiency managing complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international executive travel, including bookings, itineraries, and related logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presence and the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing responsibilities independently.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
