Founding Engineer

What You Will Be Doing

1. Engage in Hands-On Coding: You will dedicate most of your time to hands-on coding, developing, and owning features across the entire product stack from conception to deployment. We have async systems to promote development without being bogged down in meetings all day!
2. Build Systems and Cloud Infrastructure: You will design, build, and scale robust systems and cloud infrastructure to support our applications and enable secure, efficient interactions with major AI platforms.
3. Define Technical Strategy and Culture: You will collaborate closely with the founding team to shape technical strategies, influence product development, and establish our engineering culture and best practices.
4. Proactive Problem Solving: You will drive success by proactively contributing wherever you can, without waiting for established processes.
5. Embrace Fast-Paced Development: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, iterating and testing in line with lean startup best practices, always eager to learn.
6. Demonstrate Quality and Foresight: You meticulously analyze potential outcomes and demonstrate foresight in considering various situations, ensuring high-quality results in all aspects of your work.

What are we looking for

• You've either been a founder before, or would like to become one pretty soon
• Excellent AI augmented coding skills - while still being in control
• Experience building complex Systems from Scratch
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure
• Experience building in the AI stack (Nice to Have; or a hunger to learn)
