The role: Work directly with the CEO on GTM engine. Vertical ABM into Fortune 500 CPG — not volume outbound. Every touchpoint handcrafted. Every account matters.

Interview Process

Step 1: Send max 30-second video - Tell me about a deal, meeting, or opportunity you created out of nothing.

Step 2: 30-minute founder screen. We talk. You ask questions. We both decide if this is worth going deeper.

Step 3: Research and outbound task - one account

Step 4: 45-minute live working session. We simulate a real day.

Step 5: Offer.

Entire process about 5 days.

In-person role. This role requires proximity to the CEO — hearing calls, catching debriefs, absorbing context. We work 6 days a week.
