Product Operations Manager

As Product Operations Manager you would be responsible for driving excellence and efficiency of all our services - exports, imports, fulfilment and e commerce tools. This role requires a resourceful approach to problem solving and a data driven approach to driving improvements for all our products.

We are looking for someone who loves talking to users and loves solving complex problems with a team.

You would be responsible for measuring performance of services on the topship platform and driving improvement across board.

In this role you would report directly to the CEO and be given the freedom to work in your own style.

The first conversation would be an elimination stage conversation where we try to gauge if you would be a good fit for the role by asking a series of questions and having a simple chat. The next interview would be a more technical conversation with the head of operations and CEO. This interview would asses your understanding of the logistics space, tech and tech driven problem solving.
