Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

What makes you a good fit: 

• 4+ years of professional work experience developing production level Node.js or Go backends. 

• Strong experience with relational DBMSs like PostgreSQL and AWS services such as ECS, RDS, Lambda functions, CloudWatch, Elasticache etc.

• Strong understanding of System Design principles for production-grade enterprise systems.

• Well integrated with AI coding tools like Claude, Codex etc.

• Comfortable with US timezones.

What makes you a great fit: 

• Past experience with OpenAI APIs for completions, function calling and building context aware assistants.

• Proven experience working with very large datasets and high-throughput systems and working with OLAP databases like Redshift.

• Strong sense of cost optimization strategies, system design, and building efficient API stacks.

• Building multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI or such.

Interview Process

1. Round 1 (15 mins): Knockout round covering background, role relevance, and a few essential technical questions.
2. Round 2 (45 mins): Hands-on programming interview; problem solving and code quality. All AI coding tools allowed!
3. Round 3 (45 mins): System design discussion with hands-on work focused on building production-ready systems.
4. Round 4: HR round covering culture fit, expectations, and alignment.
