We are looking for a Systems Engineer Radar P/L Architectural Engineer 
        
CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US             
PROFILE:        

Master degree or PhD in either Remote Sensing Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
You are a leader willing to engage and develop your team through the use of collaborative work and challenging approaches        
You are responsible and show a great sense of initiative        
You are convincing and persuasive        
You like to be involved with the customer        
You have good communication and relationship skills  

      
COMPETENCIES:        

You are aware of the description of the operational concept        
You have a deep knowledge of the field and its technical strategy        
You are familiar with operational analysis        
You are able to work in co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya...)        
You understand the different actors involved in the project and are able to contextualise and change the perspective (political, economic, social, technical, environmental, legal...)        
You are familiar with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, as well as modelling tools (such as MBSE)        
You are familiar with working with Integration Verification Validation Qualification and Agile methods        

Knowledge of the English language (at least at intermediate level) for both written and verbal communication.
