Supply Chain Operator (Open also to Protected Categories – Law 68/99)

Location: Vergiate, Italy

Vergiate hosts Avionics (AWS) domain. The activity of AWS domain: front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, technical support for A/C developers, operators and maintenance centers.

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Supply Chain operator at Thales Avionics Global Services (Italy) will be responsible for carrying of the activities relating to the management of the on-board reprogramming modules, from reception to delivery, including the reprogramming activities and act has deputy in Store management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Supply Chain Officer at Thales will have for main missions:
• To receive and Control equipments and associated documentation arriving at the site
• To Insure Traceability files within our ERP (SAP R3)
• To perform programming activities(Software loading on memories with dedicated tool and documentation)
• To perform all conditioning & packaging activities for the equipment to be shipped
• To perform necessary controls and administrative operations linked to shipment, and to prepare all
• transportation documents necessary to delivery
• Insure Stock Management activities when needed ,
• Inventories
• Reception / shipment of repair goods
• Reception / shipment of New products

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualifications: high school diploma (“perito level”)
• Experience: Junior with a first experience in Stock management or operationnal supplychain

Other skills:

• Computer skills: office suite (word , Excel, ppt...)
• ERP : working knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Languages: Italian (good talking, reading & writing), Basic English (basic talking, reading & writing), French
• (notions) is a plus
• Team work & adaptability
• Aeronautical culture appreciated
• Qualities: structured, organized, rigorous, curious, autonomous, proactive
