As Solution Architect Security & Identity Access Management (SIAM), you help shape the architecture that secures our digital landscape. You work alongside Enterprise Architects, Security experts and international Thales teams to modernize and standardize our IAM ecosystem.
About the job
As Solution Architect Security & Identity Access Management (SIAM), you design and evolve the architecture that secures our IS/IT landscape. You work closely with Enterprise Architects, Security, and international Thales teams to modernize and standardize our IAM ecosystem.
You will play a key role in major initiatives such as the implementation of SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, and SafeNet, ensuring these solutions integrate seamlessly into our high‑security environment.
You join a multidisciplinary SIAM squad of ~10 colleagues (Product Owner + 8 engineers), where you combine strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural leadership.
What you will do
Translate end‑to‑end business and security requirements into robust IAM solutions.
Design and validate architectures in collaboration with Security, Enterprise Architecture and other domain architects.
Model processes and solutions using tools such as ArchiMate.
Lead the development, improvement and standardization of SIAM solutions.
Explore and refine enablers from the architectural runway.
Collaborate with international Thales teams to share best practices and align on global standards.
Ensure compliance with strict defense‑sector regulations.
Who you are
You enjoy working at the intersection of IT and Security and thrive in a complex, high‑security environment.
You bring:
A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior IAM Engineer ready for the next step.
Knowledge of IAM principles, security best practices and modern IAM solutions.
Experience with ArchiMate (or willingness to learn).
Experience with SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Ping or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English.
