Skill: SW development within Entertain /Infotainment domain with good leadership skills

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Within the team, your missions as Engineering Manager / Chapter Lead are as follows:
 

• You are the owner for skill development / career growth of the software team
• You are the Point of contact of the team for any technical activities, and you will enable the support/training to your team
• Very good knowledge of all phases of software development lifecycle: requirements analysis and breakdown, technical design, implementation and release
• Working knowledge of modern software engineering practices, methods & tools, automation
• You are part of the global team and continuously in sync with counter parts are different geo locations to be able to exchange about process/Tools/Means setup in France and in India (your goal is not only to apply process/Tools/Means defined in France but also to define new or improvement of process/Tools/Means to be applied in France)
• Think all of the activities in a Product Policy environment
  All of these activities are performed within an Indian/French team.
• Can act as a Product Owner, defines the order in which the features will be developed.  Specifies the need, gives acceptance criteria, sets the expected level of functional quality, flags any ambiguities, and validates the completed features.
• Can act as a Work package Manager, being responsible for scope, budget and schedule of the assigned
• Work Other duties as assigned by the employee’s manager

Skills Required

• Experience in In Flight Entertainment / Infotainment Software is an advantage
• strong experience in C++/Java / Android Framework Language -hands on coding is needed
• Debugging method, Coding Analysis and Coverage Analysis tools strong knowledge
• Compiler, linker, Makefile creation strong knowledge and worked in different development environment
• Design, Code development and Verification experience
• Real/Simulated Test benches, Integrator benches usage
• Inter process communication and Threads knowledge
• Networking concepts, AFDX, A429, RS232 protocols knowledge
• Gitlab / JIRA
• Agile Process knowledge
