ServiceNow Junior Developer

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes.

We are looking for a ServiceNow/JavaScript Junior Developer to join our team! You will have the opportunity of working in an exciting and technically challenging domain, acting as a technical partner to internal stakeholders, helping translate business needs into working solutions.

Your Mission:

• Work closely with the ServiceNow Team on day-to-day delivery (requirements, configuration, development, testing, deployments, and support);

• Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions, including: Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions; Workflows/Flow Designer automation; Reports, dashboards, and basic data imports; Integration support (e.g., REST patterns, data exchange troubleshooting);

• Work on multiple streams in parallel (bug fixes, enhancements, small projects, and support requests);

• Maintain clear technical documentation;

• Escalate risks and blockers early and proactively.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields;

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on JavaScript experience (personal projects, bootcamp, internship);

• Comfortable with modern JS fundamentals (ES6+), basic debugging, and working with APIs (REST);

• Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS);

• Familiar with common dev workflows (Git, code reviews, testing mindset;

• Problem-solving attitude: curiosity, debugging discipline, and willingness to learn;

• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of solutions, and thrive in a small, agile team;

• Good level of English and comfortable communicating in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow exposure/certifications;

• Angular or React experience;

• Node.js, jQuery, Bootstrap, or other web tooling;

• Any ITSM/ticketing tools exposure.
