Service Delivery Manager

About the job

You will be part of the Thales Cyber Defense team where you will be part of the backbone of the Security Operations Centre. You will be performing the following tasks:

• Be the pivot between customer and SOC
• Be part of the team to sell, build and run the Managed Security Services
• Be part of the team to create, shape and answer customer demand
• Advise on onboarding activities for new customers, creation of SLA’s, Operational manuals and to be implemented use-cases
• manage the security service by continuous improvement, by strategizing, improving and augmenting the customers defenses.
• Be an active part of Cyber Defense team
• provide and manage support and advice to our customers on security matters

About you

You have an affinity with cybersecurity. You have worked in a Operations environment and you understand the processes and procedures that are used to deliver a service. you can manage not only the customer but you are also his partner. You are capable of managing & planning the stream of activities caused by the continuous improvement cycle where are in, in order to cope with the ever changing security landscape.

Please note: Professional proficiency in the Dutch language is required.
