Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our Authentication and Key Management team. You will be responsible for defining and executing robust test strategies for our next-generation FIDO-certified devices (cards and tokens) and devices management system. You will play a critical role in ensuring our cloud and desktop-based FIDO Key Management applications provide a seamless, secure, and compliant user experience, validating features across diverse enterprises and standard hardware profiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate functionalities, use cases, load and performance of the solution including end to end testing in a real environment.

  • Design and implement automated tests using Playwright and pyAutoGui/pyAutoWin frameworks.

  • Design & build Automation Frameworks using tools like Selenium & Python.

  • Responsible to build & execute API Automation Test Framework/Scripts using Python/LocustIO.

  • Support and maintain up-to-date necessary environments for testing like integration by deploying new release.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Development, and hardware partners) to identify requirements, manage defects lifecycles, and ensure high-quality, market-ready releases.

  • Document findings, analyze test results, and provide clear status reporting on feature readiness for GA releases.

  • Actively participate and contribute to the QA community on topics like test strategies, improvement to automation, explore new frameworks, practices, technologies about testing, deployment and monitoring.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of industry experience validating desktop applications/micro-services/web applications using .NET OR C/C++ based platform.

  • 5+ years of experience in using standard scripting languages and validation tools: Python, Selenium, C# .Net.

  • Experienced in utilizing continuous integration and deployment tools like Gitlab pipeline, Jenkins etc.

  • Experienced in API automation testing using Python, SoapUI, Postman or similar tools.

  • Experienced in web services, web standards; SOAP, REST, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

  • Experienced in Agile software development methodology.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical risks and requirements to internal stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant fields of study. BE/B. Tech/ M. Tech/MCA of Equivalent degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on hardware-software integration or cryptographic devices.

  • Ability to perform root-cause analysis on complex issues involving hardware/token detection, applet fixes, or platform-specific behaviors.

  • Experience in working with strong authentication solutions using OTP or identity management solution is a plus.

  • Experience in testing and validating FIDO2.0/2.1 standards and understanding of CTAP protocols and FIDO authentication flows is preferrable.

  • Experience in working with public cloud environment (AWS, GCP) and related technologies (OCP, K8s, helm, ansible) is a plus

  • Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
