Senior Oracle SCM Functional Analyst (Order Management & Service Contracts)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle SCM Functional Analyst to join our ERP team and support critical Supply Chain processes within Oracle E-Business Suite.

In this role, you will act as the key functional expert supporting business operations, continuous improvement initiatives and ERP transformation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams and external service providers to ensure stable operations, efficient issues resolution and effective adoption of Oracle capabilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as the functional expert for Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Service Contracts modules;
  • Provide functional guidance and support to business users and project teams ensuring effective use of Oracle solutions and best practices;
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions;
  • Investigate and resolve complex application issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions in collaboration with technical teams and external service providers;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and enhance user experience;
  • Participate in system enhancements and improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation;
  • Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing;
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles;
  • Support training and onboarding activities for business users and team members;
  • Contribute to ERP modernization and Oracle Fusion transformation initiatives.

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications;
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM);
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Service Contracts (OKS);
  • Experience in application support, ERP implementation, or functional consulting;
  • Strong understanding of business-critical processes within complex enterprise environments;
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors;
  • Experience with Oracle Inventory (INV), Advanced Pricing (QP), Shipping Execution (WSH), or Installed Base (CSI);
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and ERP integrations;
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions;
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • Nice to have: experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments; understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
