Experienced IT Engineering to support Thales Asia BO IT system infrastructure with a particular focus on System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and skills in managing SCCM for patch and application delivery, along with the ability to fine-tune related processes to ensure effective deployment and operational efficiency.

Mains tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and administration for SCCM, focusing on application deployment, patch management, and system updates.
• Develop, test, and implement SCCM configurations to streamline and enhance patch and application delivery processes.
• Monitor and optimize SCCM performance and efficiency, identifying improvement opportunities for deployment workflows.
• Manage the creation and deployment of software packages, updates, and security patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM, including client installation, patch deployment failures, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT team members to gather requirements for application delivery and patch management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of SCCM processes, configurations, and network infrastructure to support compliance and audit requirements.

Remark regarding the positions:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineer or equivalent.
• Basic Networking knowledge.
• Windows Client/Server OS administration knowledge.
• VMware knowledge.
• Certifications related to Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, SCCM-related certifications) are an advantage.
• Experience with software packaging tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with compliance and monitoring tools to ensure software effectiveness and compliance with organizational policies.
• English proficiency is essential due to the nature of the work within the regional team.
