Description:
This position will reinforce current sales team for hunting in a growing Chinese market, with more and more OEM and T1s. Proactively working with other sales managers to support them in identifying new business opportunities as well as expand in existing accounts with large potential.
In addition to do daily sales execution work, this position needs to involve a broad range of sales related activities, including but not limited to participate and represent SMo business at tradeshows, conferences, workshops and key accounts seminars. Present Thales MCS/SMo line and its solution’s value to key customers and prospects, develop new business.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and coordinate sales forecasting, planning with Sales Managers
• Collect order intake forecasts per account
• Perform recurring sales reporting
• Continuously improves sales efficiency
• Drive the improvement of sales capabilities and performance of the accounts
• Ensure customer data integrity
• Ensure that sales data for the opportunities & accounts is updated and accurate
• Increase opportunity pipeline and win rate on new markets/products/customers
• Better understanding of prospect / customer needs
• Identify potential leads
• Promote innovation capabilities


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years at Automotive/IoT/Telecom industrial
• Good appetence on technology and necessary knowledge on cybersecurity and telecommunication
• Be proficient in English speaking and written, CET6
