What you'll do
As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining the master production schedule while balancing customer expectations with production capabilities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating the master production schedule based on customer demand and delivery requirements;
- Optimizing the utilization of production resources to ensure efficient operations;
- Monitoring production plan execution and proactively identifying potential risks to on-time delivery;
- Supporting order prioritization decisions and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve planning challenges;
- Confirming shipment dates and communicating updates across the organization;
- Preparing weekly production planning and performance summaries;
- Providing accurate data and insights for reports and business analysis;
- Working closely with Production, Order Management, Material Supply, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- Practical knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes;
- Strong communication skills in both Polish and English;
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel;
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools will be considered an advantage;
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle knowledge is a plus);
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, combined with a proactive mindset;
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic production environment;
- Most importantly, you're a team player who values collaboration and understands that great results are achieved together.
