We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with diverse teams.

What you'll do

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining the master production schedule while balancing customer expectations with production capabilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating and updating the master production schedule based on customer demand and delivery requirements;
• Optimizing the utilization of production resources to ensure efficient operations;
• Monitoring production plan execution and proactively identifying potential risks to on-time delivery;
• Supporting order prioritization decisions and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve planning challenges;
• Confirming shipment dates and communicating updates across the organization;
• Preparing weekly production planning and performance summaries;
• Providing accurate data and insights for reports and business analysis;
• Working closely with Production, Order Management, Material Supply, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes;
• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English;
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel;
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle knowledge is a plus);
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, combined with a proactive mindset;
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach;
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic production environment;
• Most importantly, you're a team player who values collaboration and understands that great results are achieved together.
