Essential experience and skills:
Experience in manufacturing/production-led environments
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
Practical understanding of Industry 4.0 tools such as automation systems, technologies, or data visualisation platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical solutions
Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including shop floor teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver structured project outcomes
Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
We’re particularly interested in individuals who are naturally curious, proactive, and motivated to explore new technologies to improve performance.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a collaborative and diverse team where your contribution is visible
Work with emerging technologies and play a key role in digital transformation
Enjoy real ownership and autonomy in a role you can shape
Access structured development, mentoring and long-term career progression opportunities
Join a global organisation committed to internal mobility and growth
