We’re looking for an Industrial Supplier Compliance Co‑Ordinator to join our team—someone who brings curiosity, care, and confidence to ensuring quality and punctuality across our supplier network.
This is a role where your voice matters, your insights will be valued, and your ability to nurture connections across teams and suppliers will help keep our manufacturing activities running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain high standards of quality and delivery by working closely with colleagues in procurement, manufacturing, planning, and supplier quality. Your work will support the smooth flow of materials into the business and help resolve any non‑conformities with clarity and empathy.
You will:
- Gently but confidently monitor and guide performance indicators for your supplier portfolio.
- Recommend thoughtful improvements that reduce risks and strengthen processes.
- Review compliance of incoming goods and help coordinate timely resolutions for any issues.
- Support the return and processing of defective parts, collaborating closely with procurement to keep everyone informed.
- Consolidate monthly insights, helping teams reflect and grow through shared understanding.
- Act as a supportive voice in supplier performance reviews and analysis committees.
- Help monitor non‑conformities, explore root causes, and encourage meaningful feedback loops.
- Communicate openly with the Supplier Performance Manager about any potential bottlenecks.
- Contribute to shaping new acceptance criteria and ensure these are communicated clearly and kindly to suppliers.

Essential Skills
- A solid understanding of ERP systems and supply chain flows.
- A calm and confident communication style, including when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- An analytical, data‑positive mindset paired with a collaborative and solutions‑focused approach.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities with care and balance.
- Confidence in constructively challenging suppliers and internal teams when needed.
Experience That Will Help You Thrive
- Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Exposure to key supply chain functions (Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality).
- Experience with continuous improvement and problem solving.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- A good understanding of control and quality processes.

- Natural influencing skills and the ability to encourage alignment.
- Experience guiding cross‑functional groups and supporting shared goals.
- Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and peers across different functions.
