Role: Mid JAVA Fullstack engineer (Java &React)

STAFR is a Thales Corporate Engineering (TCE) project targeting to cover Workload and Workforce planning, a standard and key feature of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes which in this moment are defined and deployed across several Thales entities. His end users are help in their projects to foreseen how to reduce the costs; how to deliver the projects on time; how to utilize the resources efficiently.

This mission involves participating in development as well as deploying implemented features.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the STAFR solution
• Develop, build, test, deploy and run in production according to the activities planned in sprints
• Apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard and corresponding KPIs
• Involved in the technical solution definition and improvements.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, DoR & DoD within the scope of action, sprint reviews, etc.)
