Master Data Administrative Assistant – French Speaker

We are currently looking for experienced, French-speaking candidates to join our Master Data team as part of the Banking Data Management position!

Responsibilities:

• Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives;

• Participate in data collection, testing, and process optimization, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM;

• Manage day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team;

• Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs;

• Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;

• Proficiency in English and French;

• Previous experience in a similar role;

• Knowledge of financial and accounting tools.
