Responsibilities:

• Support on sample cards shipment - preparation of shipping documents.
• Prepare AWB for shipment via courier services (DHL/FEDEX).
• Validate forwarders billing invoice.
• Cost analysis.
• Record daily shipment in shipment file
• Check and validate AWB and export permit.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with dynamic personality
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
