Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager. This is an important role supporting the General Counsel & Compliance Officer directly to enable the Thales CSP legal function to operate successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with legal counsel and business stakeholders to develop scalable processes and tools that increase productivity and reduce risk.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving legal, compliance, product management, operations and sales teams.
Serve as a point of contact for external vendors related to legal technology, e-discovery, and outside counsel management.
Train and support legal and business teams on legal tools and best practices.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and legal vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in legal operations, ideally within technology, cyber security, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of contract management and legal technologies (e.g., Linksquares and Lawvu, or similar).
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
