If you’re looking for new opportunities, and ready to join a high-skilled multicultural team, we are now looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our Platform and Services Delivery team in Madrid.

What will you do?

• You will participate in the design, implementation, security and validation of applications within a project team structure, in accordance with institutionalized processes and delivery standards.
• You will analyze customer requirements, perform feasibility study, provide technical proposals, estimate workload and contribute to project requirements specification.
• You will collaborate on documentation related to these activities.
• You will be a team player inside one of our agile teams.

About You

To succeed in this job, you must have: knowledge and at least 8 years of experience in software development including:

• Java and J2EE. Knowledge of J2EE frameworks and libraries (Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC)
• Knowledge of Web technologies (HTTP, HTML, XML, REST, SOAP, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON), Angular 2+, Typescript, database servers - SQL (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), No SQL (Apache Cassandra, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Message Brokers (Kafka, Zookeeper), Containers (Docker, Docker Compose, Docker Swarm).
• Experience in Source Control Systems, Continuous Integration Systems and Unit Testing Frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
• You are fluent in English and available to travel out of the country (maximum 15% of your time).
