About the team
The Industrial Planning team consists of 30 people. Within this department you have direct reporting responsibilities to the Industrial Planning manager. Besides that you will be in contact a lot with people outside the Industrial Planning team to collaborate with other supply chain departments.
We are searching for an: Item Maintenance Manager
About your future job
Within this role it is your responsibility to secure the quality of our item data in Oracle. The better the quality and validity of our data the more reliable our supply chain planning and message towards sales/PMO, purchasing, production, warehouse and finance.
- Analyze item-data quality in Oracle
- Enrichment and maintenance of item information e.g. cost prices, lead times, MOQ’s, parameters min-max etc., etc.
- Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and completeness of item data.
- Identifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors.
- Organize and prioritize the required item data needed from other departments.
- Advise supply chain functions on how to use data and support them with issues.
- Training users on correct item data entry and maintenance in the ERP system.
- Acting as a point of contact for questions related to item data and ERP usage.
- Initiate and drive data storage improvement actions.
- Development of reports together with the BI team.
- Closely working with purchasing, production, logistics, sales, and finance to ensure consistent data
- Preparing management reports on data quality and improvement efforts.
- Analyzing trends in data issues to initiate structural improvements.

- Analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, collaboration and teamwork, structured, pro-active and hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of ERP system(s); preferably Oracle (key-user), Power BI and Excel
- Experienced with data management
- Able to- and experienced with structural process improvement actions.
