If you’re looking for new opportunities, and ready to join a high-skilled multicultural team, we are now looking for an Industrial Demand Planner to join the Legal Team, to be based in Spain, preferably in Madrid area.
 

What will you do?

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of all supply chain and logistics activities within the organization. The role manages material flow, demand planning, inventory levels, production requirements, and supplier coordination to secure operational continuity and high service levels.

Acting as a key liaison between Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, and Logistics, this role supports the end-to-end supply chain to meet customer demand, optimize costs, and ensure timely deliveries.

The role contributes to:

  • Manage inventory levels, safety stock, replenishment and stock rotation.
  • Coordinate inbound materials and ensure timely availability for production.
  • Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on forecasts and production schedules.
  • Develop and update daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
  • Monitor purchase orders, lead times, delays, and supplier performance.
  • Conduct demand analysis, forecasting, and consumption variance reviews.
  • Track and report key KPIs: OTD, fill rate, stock accuracy, obsolescence.
  • Handle material transfers, returns, discrepancies, and stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate shipments, logistics documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain costs and propose optimizations.
  • Maintain accurate data and master records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Identify supply risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues.

Facilitate cross-functional coordination to secure continuous production flow.

About You

To succeed in this job, you should have:

Technical skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Intermediate–advanced English (B2)
  • Advanced level of Spanish (C1)
  • Oracle, Workday, MS Office
  • 2–5 years in supply chain, planning, logistics, procurement, or materials management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, pharma, or consumer goods is preferred.
  • MRP planning and BOM management.
  • ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
  • Inventory management techniques (ABC, safety stock, cycle counts).
  • Inbound/outbound logistics coordination.
  • Demand forecasting and statistical analysis.
  • Production planning and scheduling (PPC/PCS).
  • Basic understanding of Incoterms and import/export documentation (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Basic knowledge of Lean/Kaizen tools (a plus).
