HR Partner for People Shared Service / PSS Partner (GBS)

Your mission as HR Partner:

• As a HR Partner (PSS) you will be part of our HR Shared Service Center, supporting our business and employees across multiple locations/countries and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on a broad scale of HR matters Respond to a wide variety of employee queries.

• Thoroughly document inquiries via the case management tool to ensure required information is recorded accurately in accordance with policies and practices

• Support the onboarding of new employees and help new joiners feel at home

• Keep HR related Data in our HR systems running smoothly and make sure our data stays spotless. Ensure integrity and quality of data in the HRIS databases as well as in the Case Management System

• Support teams across the globe with HR related tasks in fields like onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes.

• Create letters, reports, and documents that make people’s lives easier

We are looking forward to:

• A degree in HR, Management, or related area or relevant professional experience in HR

• Professional background in working in HR teams – HR shared service center experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Great communication skills in English — you’re clear, confident, and people enjoy talking to you

• Besides English you are ideally able to communicate in one additional language such as Italian, Spanish, Romanian or Polish

• You are detail-oriented and love handling lots of data and information

• You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures

• You know your way around Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Bonus if you’ve worked with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR platforms!

• You have the ability to handle situations tactfully when dealing with customers and prioritize duties during periods of high volume and fast pace
